EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We are proud of our products at Stay Rude and hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. However we are only human and mistakes can happen.
If you are not satisfied with your order, your items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. As our products are custom made for each order that is placed exchanges & refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Items being exchanged or returned must be unworn, in the original packging, with any tags intact.
Promotional or Sale items are not returnable!

We advise that all items being returned should be sent via a tracked shipping service with your name and email associated with you order included to prevent any delays. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER IS RETURNED ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
